A long time ago a therapist had me do this. I used it not just for worries, but also for memories and intrusive thoughts. It was really helpful. I thought of it today because I’m going to the arts and crafts store with my partner and we’re going to get some supplies to make a box. It’s going to be called “The Shnugbox” (we call each other “shnugs” 😂) and we’re going to put all our notes and our special purple stone inside. I’m grateful to have a partner who is willing to do all my corny projects 😂💗
