It’s okay to be sad. I usually try to remember emotions are just like passing weather. You can allow them to move through you instead of falling into the spiral. I had a rough night, but eventually the feeling shifted and I’m okay now. I hope you feel better soon. Feel free to join our workshop tomorrow. It’s a cool group of ladies. It’s very laid back and you can just be yourself. we’d love to have you. ☯️
