Whatever the outcome might be, whatever lesson you might learn, nothing will make it any less hurtful. If you want to heal, sit with your pain. Acknowledge where it comes from. Hold yourself gently. Take it one minute at a time. You won't feel this way forever. Let that feeling be here. This is how you let it go. This is how you heal.
