To anyone who woke up crippled by anxiety today, I see you. I know doubt and self-deprecation are dialed up in your mind. I know your body is tense, and it might even be hard to breath properly. I know that getting out of bed to approach any level of responsibility probably feels like the most daunting thing. Hiding and avoiding the world likely isn't an option for you, but don't rush or bully yourself into productivity. Take a deep breath. Give yourself a hug. Acknowledge how you feel with compassion. Your struggle doesn't deserve to be met with harshness. Whatever you get done today is enough. You are enough. Dealing with anxiety isn't easy, but I'm proud of you for doing your best.
