You really have to start giving yourself more credit. Cause with all the effort you put into having an obscenely good life, you still have a part of you that expects things to go bad. They won't. Get off that mental train. Watch yourself waving goodbye to it. And any time an intrusive thought shows up, immediately shift your mind to waving at the train that left. It's no longer here.
