I've been feeling good lately. It's abt last week that i was feeling sad defeated and like a failure who was falling off of her workout schedule and all my exams were going mid or bad, basically i knew i had the potential but i was so stressed and burnt out that i was crying almost all day while getting no work done. i started meditating and just kept telling myself that this shall too pass + live in the present bcz stressing abt future ain't gonna make it any brighter or dimmer. hitted my goals ticked everything off my to-do list. feeling blessed and so on track. been on track since 3 weeks now and hope to keep doing well mentally like this💗🧿
