I’m really excited to share our eighth Purple Phoenix Collective event: The Universe Within You 💜✨ This will be a deeply creative and reflective poetry workshop where we explore our inner worlds through the language of the cosmos—using symbols like black holes, supernovae, galaxies, gravity, and more to express our identities, emotions, trauma, and healing. We’ll begin with a guided “zoom out” meditation through the universe, then move into poetry, creative exercises like designing your own symbolic planets, and open discussion in a space that’s all about real connection and being safely witnessed. As always, there’s no pressure—any level of participation is welcome, and you’re free to simply observe.
