For a long time, trauma left me feeling disconnected from myself, like parts of me were drifting away. Little by little, I’ve been finding my way back. Through spirituality, creativity, the healing presence of nature, and the love I share with my partner, I’m starting to feel more connected to my authentic self. There’s still a lot of work to do, but I can feel it now. I’m on the right path. ✨
