PLEIADIAN MESSAGE Being tired does not only apply to your physical body. You can be mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually tired. If you are physically tired, a nap or a good night of sleep will help you replenish your energy. When you are mentally tired, we encourage you to do something fun, something that shifts your focus away from the things you may have been worried about. Emotionally, you may need to release repressed emotions, or on the opposite, if you have been releasing too much, it is then time to integrate and tend to your physical body. Similarly, if you are spiritually tired, it is also time to be in your body and ground yourself, with Nature, if possible. When you are tired, your ability to gain clarity gets clouded, so it is important to address it first before making any important decisions.
