Practicing gratitude is one of the best and quickest ways to feel and stay more positive. Start with the basics every morning you wake up and just before you go to bed like, ‘thank you for my bed, thank you for having a roof over my head, thank you for the food in my fridge, the clothes on my back, the sun that’s shining today’ etc etc. once you start doing that regularly, even the rough days start feeling better. We will always have ups and downs in life, but having gratitude can definitely help life feel like a more fulfilling experience 💗
