Here cities put up holiday decorations that light up and Christmas lights downtown. And people do the same to their houses. Its such a breathtaking sight especially if there is a snow fall happening. Korean cuisine isn't processed the same way Amercian food is. Like Kimchi (fermented cabbage) isn't processed. Its been with or it is supposed to be made with real ingredients like gochugaru(red pepper flakes), fish sauce, rice flour, veggies like darken, carrots, onions and its mixed together. You can adjust the spice level. There is less spicy kimchi called Nabak Kimchi or water kimchi. Its good in the summer. I looked up some of the foods you mentioned and I definitely want to cook them. As for the holidays, yes I am speaking about Thanksgiving and Christmas. These foods are heartier. There is turkey or ham, with collard greens or greenbean casserole, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and rolls. Don't forget gravy and dessert (sweet potato pie). The

The snow is beautiful. If you ever get the chance to experience a gentle snowfall it is peaceful to me. There are tons of foods I like during the winter. Its usually perfect curry and stew weather. I make alot of Korean soups like tofu soup, army stew, blackbean noodles dish called jjajang myeon. Then there are the holidays where I love cooking the traditional holiday dinners. You?
