I’m trying to make time for introspection, to identify my passions again by reflecting on my childhood hobbies & current joys. I’m trying to learn to play again and pay attention to the things that feel expansive and joyful in my life. I’m working on reconnecting with my soul’s purpose after feeling lost for so long. It’s nice to be spending this time & attention on my needs again 🙏 Anyone else on a recovery journey?
