Yes! Even just a minute of mindful breathing can make such a difference. I try to do it whenever I feel my day spiraling, it really helps me reset and refocus.
If you’re having one of those days where the task list is longer than both arms combined then I highly recommend you do a mindful breathing practice in sol. Even for just one minute. It is a game changer and can really help you refocus when everything feels overwhelming. Thanks for great tools Sol!
