Hi Katherine 🤗jumping from where we are to being optimistic can sometimes be a struggle, so for me, I believe in taking baby steps to there. For example, th next step for you might be acceptance that you are struggling and that’s ok! Embrace that. Then, the next step might be ‘ even though I’m not entirely feeling optimistic, I recognize that there are others around me who are, therefore, it’s possible that I might be too!’. ‘Then in having more and more positive experiences and I’m grateful’ etc. start counting your blessings instead of your short comings and recognize that this, like everything else, is a process and it really is the journey that matter. The fact that you want this, shows that you have already begun the work & you should congratulate yourself for that! 🙏💗
