Healing Isn’t Always Aesthetic I was looking around my room today and just started laughing… like wow, I’m doing deep, soul-level healing work—and also surrounded by McDonald’s breakfast wrappers from two days ago, ashtrays filled to the brim, and clothes I genuinely cannot tell if they’re clean or dirty 😂 It’s definitely not all lavender fields and sunshine like we imagine. Sometimes healing looks messy, chaotic, a little gross, and very real. But honestly? I’m still doing the work. And that counts.
