As a woman, I am more afraid of not being financially stable than of being unmarried. Marriage is not the only thing that can give a woman security, peace, or purpose. I want to be able to stand on my own, pay my bills without stress, help my family when they need me, and never feel trapped in situations just because I have no money. Love is beautiful, but love alone cannot fix unpaid bills, empty pockets, or a future without stability. I'd rather build a life where I feel safe, independent, and capable than rush into a relationship out of fear of being alone. Being unmarried doesn't scare me. But struggling every day, depending on others, and not having enough for myself and the people I love truly does.
