Life is short, and in this short life we go through so many different phases of life. Our parents grow older as we grow with them. It's heartbreaking to see that so many parents have to go through the pain of loneliness as they become older and more dependent... when they have no choice but to go to the old age home. Why not keep our aging parents closer to us, why not keep them in the same home, instead of sending them to an old age home. Many cultures do take care of their elders and live together.
