I will no longer choose people who gaslight me, gossip about me, push my boundaries, or send mixed messages. I will no longer make space for those who show disrespect, create chaos, or leave me walking on eggshells. I will no longer tolerate being dismissed, invalidated, or made to feel like I must hide parts of myself to be accepted. I am done with people who withhold affection as control, who lack accountability, who undermine my achievements, and who are emotionally unavailable when I need support. From this moment forward, I choose peace over chaos, truth over manipulation, respect over disregard, and love that feels safe over love that hurts. I will protect my heart, honor my boundaries, and surround myself only with those who see me, hear me, and value me as I am.
