Hi Tilda, I never saw your reply. You need to actually click on the arrow and reply for the other person to see it. Anxiety is a tricky one as its purpose is actually to protect us and keep us safe but unregulated. It can reap havoc. I really recommend the breathing and meditation techniques here on Sol. They are very quick and really help you get out of your head and into your body. Journaling also helps as does exercising or playing sports. Often by connecting with and moving our bodies, it can help really help. Hope this helps. Talking about it with a friend can also help 🤗
