Wallet Unkind fingers had left the frame frayed and worn, but your home kept you close. I could turn the wallet in the palm of my hand whilst waiting for the doctor to call my name. Every fifth turn I'd take you out, smooth the face with my thumb, and watch you smile in the early morning sunlight you loved so much. Soon I'll be told there's nothing left but this, and I know I'll never put you back You are constant in the pauses that slow down my day.
Let's celebrate life's little blessings together. A space to share what you're thankful for and cultivate a habit of gratitude. Inspire others and be inspired by the power of appreciation.
