You're doing a lot. You're working hard while chasing your dreams while healing your trauma while taking care of others while trying to take care of yourself...the list continues. No wonder you feel tired, stressed, and like you're constantly running out of time. You have so much on your plate. Maybe most of it is unavoidable, so I just want to remind you to breathe. You're doing a great job. Your best is absolutely enough and you're doing so much better than you think. Your inner critic might be telling you otherwise, but you deserve to be so proud of yourself
