The standard I set for my life One of the biggest changes I've made is learning to take myself seriously. My feelings. My intuition. My boundaries. My needs. Not because I think I'm more important than anyone else, but because I've learned what happens when I constantly place myself at the bottom of my own priority list. Eventually, you begin to disappear from your own life. These days, I check in with myself more often. Not to judge who I am, but to understand who I am becoming. And the more I strengthen the relationship I have with myself, the less I feel the need to chase validation, approval, or belonging from places that were never capable of giving it to me. There is a quiet confidence that comes from knowing your relationship with yourself is no longer built on criticism, but on trust.
