I’m definitely a Crystal fan! Physics has proved that everything has energy and ultimately vibrates (not gonna get into the science of it!) With this scientific reasoning, the. Yes, they have energy. But for me, it’s also personal. Rocks and gems are old, solid and in their pure forms, so holding them and connecting with them, really helps ground me more than other energetic objects. Maybe I’m tuned in & can feel their energy, or maybe the idea gives me comfort, I don’t know. But they definitely comfort me. And you?
