For the longest time, I believed that real love meant constant attention, nonstop reassurance, and always being emotionally available every second of the day. If someone needed space, replied slower, or became quiet for a while, I immediately assumed something was wrong. Looking back now, I realize I was loving from fear instead of emotional maturity. Life eventually taught me that healthy relationships are built on trust, patience, understanding, and the ability to stay calm even during quiet moments. Because people are human, and humans naturally need time alone sometimes. Real love doesn't panic every time communication slows down. The strongest relationships are the ones where two people still feel secure even in silence, because genuine love doesn't disappear just because life becomes busy or emotionally overwhelming for a moment.
