Hold 2 counts feel the energy settle. - Exhale slowly for 6 counts and release tension. Pause 1 count then repeat for 3 minutes. Visualise light or Prana flowing in with each inhale, stress leaving with each exhale. Alternate nostrils inhale left, exhale right; inhale right, exhale leit.
