Sometimes you need to be with the right people to open up.

Opening up can make you feel very vulnerable, especially if you don’t know someone but that’s also what helps create beautiful relationships. You could start with something small and see how they respond. Do they engage? Respect your feelings etc? Or you could ask them something personal and then also offer up something about how you feel too. Trust your gut!
