I would absolutely love to unclench my jaw someday. To feel what it's like to not carry tension in every corner of my body. To not have a mind that's always racing, replaying old conversations, preparing for problems that don't even exist yet. To rest without guilt, to breathe without the heaviness of worry, to exist without feeling like I owe the world an explanation. I would love to know what it feels like to just be, without holding myself together like I might fall apart if I stop.
