You must actively teach your brain how to enjoy simple, natural pleasures again. We are going to engage the five senses with intention by making a "sensory joy" list. Write down 10 simple, low-effort things that bring a mild sense of physical or mental pleasure without a hangover or regret (e.g. drinking a glass of ice-cold water, taking a hot shower with a fragrant soap, listening to a specific song, feeling the sun on your face, or tasting a favorite meal.) Then schedule at least two "sensory joy" moments into your daily Vitality Routine (from the Root Chakra phase). Treat these moments deeply with honor.
