Milton Jerrold Shapp (June 25, 1912 – November 24, 1994) was an American businessman and politician who served as the 40th governor of the Pennsylvania from 1971 to 1979 and the first Jewish governor of Pennsylvania. He was also the first governor of Pennsylvania to be eligible for, and re-elected to, consecutive four-year terms per the 1968 Pennsylvania Constitution.
