Cards 6 and 7 are at the top and bottom of the reading. 6 is the goal you are aiming for, and 7 is what will get you there.
The Emperor appears as 6, the goal you are aiming for — stability, sureness, a foundation built from experience and held strong by wisdom. This is a goal that can be made possible by unifying the different parts of you in disagreement.
And 7, the reversed Three of Swords, shows you what force needs to be embraced to unify those parts of you. This reading is shaped like an arrow, and this card represents the force that, when unreversed, will move past the blockage that the crossing card is causing and shoot the arrow forward to your goal. This card suggests some kind of pain or heartbreak, possibly something you thought to be already healed and moved on from. But there is something still that needs to be felt. The way forward here is to acknowledge those feelings and let them have the stage for a while. Trying to move out of the feelings too soon, to move into acceptance without fully acknowledging the pain and anxiety will only lead to feeling even more stuck. Urgency is not the way to the Emperor. He’s asking you to sit in the quiet.
I hope this resonated! If not feel free to let me know! There are other directions I could have taken with interpretation if something doesn’t sing
