Personally simply saying "I'm sorry" goes nowhere for me unless there is action behind it. I've learned that a person can apologize a thousand times but still say or do the exact same thing that hurts you. After awhile a simple "I'm sorry" becomes a question of are you actually sorry or sorry you were caught? But again thats my personal view on someone simply saying "I'm sorry." lol
