Also, try Uncle Harry's brand face wash, toner, and Oregano/tea tree blemish roll on. I swear by these products - I wish I'd known about them in high school. I used to work for the company and I can say firsthand, they are exceptional - and I have seen them perform many, many miracles. The problem is that most face washes have soap in them, which does wash your face, but it also destroys your natural pH. So, the bacteria that causes acne can thrive, and it becomes a breeding ground that keeps you coming back and being reliant on using their product daily. Uncle Harry's products restore your skin's optimal pH balance - and when your skin is at it's natural pH (which is slightly acidic), the bacteria that causes acne cannot survive. And the O/TT blemish roll on is a miracle stick that will zap any zit, even those deep, awful, underground hormonal ones! It is truly the only thing I have ever found that has that ability. Oh yeah, and make sure you use a moisturizer - as needed - after you wash and use the apple cider vinegar toner. It helps to stop your skin from overproducing oils to compensate. But don't use too much and adjust your amount to your skin's needs. Everyone's skin is different. I recommend any of uncle harrys moisturizing products as well. Jojoba oil is particulary effective, or anything with jojoba cream, because jojoba is almost identical to human skin oil in DNA structure. So it absorbs quickly and deeply, without greasy residue!
