Hey, so do you have to be a good roller skater for fitness on roller skates? Are there any roller skaters here who use this as a regular form of exercise?
So I’ve had a look on line and it’s a proper thing! Some people even call it Skoga 🛼 🧘♀️. Apparently you can even learn how to meditate whilst doing it too.
Would love to hear from someone who has tried it? 🤩
Learning to rollerskate for strengthening and balance can be challenging but with a good fun group and the best guidance it’s a great experience.
