Minding the Spirit Within us: The Meaning of Prayer, Meditation and Mindfulness

I lost the first cat that I started feeding in one of my colonies. He had kidney problems & I desperately tried to save him but it was too late. I pray that wherever he is, that he knows that he was dearly loved and that he’s sitting on my aunt’s lap purring happily 🙏😻

Im going through alot of stress and hardship. Suggestions please.
