Hard-working and Determined

Reliable and Loyal

Capricorns are typically reliable, conscientious people who like to get things done and see results. A typical Capricorn feels a great sense of responsibility and feels compelled to finish any task they start. They are supremely committed to anything they start, whether that thing is a simple task, a long project, a career, or a relationship. This makes Capricorns extremely loyal as colleagues, work collaborators, or partners.

Detail-Oriented and Orderly

Capricorns tend to be very detail-oriented and well organized, which often makes them great for management positions. They know how to follow through on any project or task, and apply a great deal of effort to making sure every "i" is dotted and every “t” is crossed the right way. Meticulous, orderly execution of tasks is a hallmark of the typical Capricorn.

Optimistic and Generous

To a Capricorn, nothing is impossible. Too "Closed Off" and Narrow-minded?

Capricorn has some challenges too, however. This sign is very private about their feelings, so they will sometimes close themselves off when things get difficult. When this happens, it can be hard for friends to help because the Capricorn doesn’t want to talk about what's bothering them. They can also become so focused on a particular task or objective that they become narrow-minded, missing opportunities to see things another way.
