In Eastern Christianity, Renewal Tuesday, also known as Bright Tuesday, is the second day after Holy Easter. It is a day dedicated to the All-Holy Theotokos (the Virgin Mary,) as well as venerating the memory of Saints: Raphael, Nicholas, Irene, and the Other Newly-revealed Martyrs of Lesbos.
