In Yoga tradition, Tantric meditation techniques combine breathing and visualization to help awaken spiritual energy and foster holistic wellness.

Most commonly, the vertical structure of the human body, from the bottom of your feet to the crown of your head, is visualized as representing the hierarchical structure of the universe. The crown of your head represents where the divine is located, and you can achieve oneness with this divine force by imagining and feeling the spiritual journey through your own body.

Leading up to the crown, your body's vertical structure is believed to be the support (ādhāra) of your spirit, and it contains six circles or chakras located along the length of your spine that are important nodes in this support system, and in your journey to Brahman.

Popular types of Tantric meditations include Kundalini, "divine throne", Tantraprakrīyā, "elements", and Trika techniques.
