Yoga poses, or "asanas", are believed to help stimulate different physical processes in the body and to build spiritual wellness.
Try the "downward dog" yoga pose, or "Adho Mukha Shvanasana", which is known to improve circulation and upper and lower body strength, and is also believed to improve the flow of blood to the brain thus relieving headaches, mental fogginess, and mild depression.
To do it, start laying face down on the floor. Place your hands under your shoulders and the bottom of your feet on the floor, and press yourself up into an inverted "V" position, with your head facing down, your heels touching the ground, and your posterior in the air.
