Try the "camel" yoga pose, or "Ustrasana", which is known to help improve hip and back strength and flexibility, and is believed to also help relieve anxiety and respiratory ailments.

To do it, rest your knees on the floor, with your body positioned directly over your knees, and then arch your back, grabbing just above your ankles.
