1. Define the intention of your spell. For example, "I want to get more things done"
2. Choose a word that represents this intention. For example, "willpower"
3. Remove duplicate letters in the word. For example, "willpower" would become "wilpoer"
4. On a piece of paper, draw a design comprised of the letters that remain
5. Meditate on or chant your intention over the sigil
6. Activate the sigil using earthly elements. You can safely burn it (fire), bury it (earth), let it be carried away by the wind (air), or dissolve it in water.
