Over a cup of wine at sunset, pray:

"And there was evening, and there was morning, the sixth day. Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day, he rested from all his work. Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and favored us, and with love and favor gave us His holy Shabbat as a heritage, a remembrance of the work of creation. It is the first among the holy festivals, commemorating the exodus from Egypt. For You chose us and sanctified us from all the nations, and lovingly and willingly let us inherit Your holy Shabbat. Blessed are You, Lord, who sanctifies the Shabbat."
