Jewish Mishnah meditation involves reciting specific verses from the Mishnah, one of Judaism's holy texts.
To perform this meditation, you should first find some place where you can be alone. Next, put on a prayer shawl or talith, close your eyes, and recite a specific verse from the Mishnah very quickly over and over.
While you are reciting that verse, concentrate on having the intention for the author of that verse to join your soul, such that you and they will be speaking the verse in unison.
Once you have achieved the state where you and the author of the verse of the Mishnah are in unison, Jewish practitioners of this meditation believe that you will be able to commune with this angelic being. You can ask this angelic being questions and hear their answers to those questions.
