In Hasidic meditation, every word and sound associated with that word is used as a way of communicating with God. Jewish tradition has always believed that all letters and words spoken in Hebrew have divine significance.

In this form of meditation, you should pray in Hebrew and pay extra attention to not only on every word you say, but the sound of each Hebrew letter spoken, as the letters and words can combine in a way that helps you unite with the divine.

As you pray in Hebrew and concentrate on the sound of each letter you speak, it is believed that you will undergo a journey of the soul.

You will journey inwards and begin disconnecting with your senses, and the further inwards you go the closer you will approach God.

Ultimately, it is believed that you can reach the point where you have journeyed so far inwards that there is no further to go, at which point you will have connected with the highest divine level possible.
