This mantra focuses on "Om", one of the most important spiritual sounds in Hinduism and is often found at the beginning and the end of chapters in the Vedas, the Upanishads, and other Hindu texts. Hindus believe "Om" is the primordial sound of the universe and the most sacred syllable and mantra of Brahman - the ultimate reality of the universe.
