Lion's Breath breathing, known in Sanskrit as "Simhasana" is a form of "Pranayama" or controlled breathing. This breath meditation technique is known to improve overall lung capacity, relieve stress and improve overall mental health.
To do it, inhale deeply through your nose, then open your mouth wide and exhale forcefully, sticking out your tongue and making a "haa" sound.
