Make a Manushya-yajna offering
Express your gratitude to all of humanity
Hinduism & Dharma
Use tools like yoga and meditation from the world's oldest religion to focus on karma (actions), dharma (duty), and devotion to the divine.
The Manushya-Yajna is a sacrifice or offering you make in order to honor and express gratitude to all fellow human beings.
To make this offering, take an item of food (usually a small piece of bread), put it in a fire-safe container, ignite it, and as the item burns stare into the fire and re-affirm your intention to honor all human beings with this sacrifice. Then pour water into the fire so that it evaporates as steam.
