Hinduism & Dharma
Use tools like yoga and meditation from the world's oldest religion to focus on karma (actions), dharma (duty), and devotion to the divine.
In Hindu tradition yoga poses, or "asanas", are believed to help stimulate different physical processes in the body and to build spiritual wellness.
Try the "triangle" yoga pose, or "Trikonasana", which is believed to strengthen the legs and spine, and to improve circulation.
To do it, stand straight with your legs apart at shoulder width and bend to the left side of your body. Raise your right arm so it is pointing staight up, and lower your left arm so that your hand is next to your left foot. Try to hold this position for 1 minute, and then switch to the other side.
