Tantric meditation
Awaken dormant energy to spark spiritual enlightenment
Hinduism & Dharma
Use tools like yoga and meditation from the world's oldest religion to focus on karma (actions), dharma (duty), and devotion to the divine.
In Hindu tradition, Tantric meditation techniques combine breathing, visualization, and ritual to help awaken spiritual energy and foster spiritual wellness.
Most commonly, the vertical structure of the human body, from the bottom of your feet to the crown of your head, is visualized as representing the hierarchical structure of the universe. The crown of your head represents where the divine - God or Brahman - is located, and you can achieve oneness with this divine force by imagining and feeling the spiritual journey through your own body.
Leading up to the crown, your body's vertical structure is believed to be the support (ādhāra) of your soul, and it contains six circles or chakras located along the length of your spine that are important nodes in this support system, and in your journey to Brahman.
Popular types of Tantric meditations include Kundalini, "divine throne", Tantraprakrīyā, "elements", and Trika techniques.
