Unlock inner peace through sacred fasting
Hinduism & Dharma
Use tools like yoga and meditation from the world's oldest religion to focus on karma (actions), dharma (duty), and devotion to the divine.
In Hinduism, fasting helps create a harmonious relationship between the body and the soul.
Most Hindu fasts occur during night time, running from the previous day's sunset until 48 minutes after the following day's sunrise. In stricter fasts, you don't consume any food or water during this period, while in less-strict fasts you limit yourself to just one meal during this period, or abstain from eating certain food types or eating only certain food types.
Of course, make sure you consult your physician before beginning any new fasting routine to ensure that it is suitable for you.
