Hand gestures or "Hasta mudras" are often used to help catalyze different emotional and physical processes.

The air or "Vayu" hand mudra is believed to help stimulate joy and curiosity, while also promoting flexibility by reducing constrictions in the body that can cause neck pains, arthritis, or gastrointestinal issues.

To do it, fold your index finger, and press its second knuckle bone with the tip of your thumb. The tip of your index finger should be touching the base of your thumb.
